You are responsible for reviewing photos before deleting them.
The App provides suggestions only and does not guarantee accuracy.

Photo Deletion Disclaimer

The App may identify photos as duplicates or similar.
Final deletion decisions are always made by you.

We are not responsible for accidental deletion, data loss, or any damages resulting from use of the App.

Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and code are owned by the developer and protected by applicable laws.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the App

• Redistribute or resell the App

 

Advertising

The App displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Data loss

• Device issues

• Any indirect or consequential damages

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
